About Us – Since 1967

Volunteer West Island is a non-profit organization and the only organization that recruits volunteers in the West Island. VWI promotes volunteering by recruiting, training, and referring youth and adult volunteers to Non Profit organizations located in the West Island. Additionally, VWI offers programs and services to break isolation felt by many seniors. Our goal is to help seniors remain autonomous while staying in their home as long as possible and benefitting from a good quality of life.
