In keeping with the company philosophy of community involvement, SharkNinja employees celebrated their third Community Partnership Day, supporting non-profit organizations. The volunteer initiative was once again organized at the company level by Rosanna D’Aiuto, HR Manager, Talent Development, in collaboration with Volunteer West Island’s Corporate Volunteer Recruitment Program.
In Montreal and the West Island company volunteers participated in a variety of activities at Moisson Montréal, Animatch, Omega Community Resources, and the Montreal Oral School for the Deaf.
Ms D’Aiuto states, “We had approximately 70 employees who participated this year. Our employees helped support different organizations and they absolutely loved it!
This is such a great way to give back in a meaningful way and we are fortunate to work for an organization that see the importance in giving back. Employees get a chance to do this during work hours and it’s such a great way to build connectivity with their peers”.
